## A few useful answers.

How do I add expenses?

Enter each date, supplier and positive pound amount. Add optional description, category and receipt image. Up to 30 expenses and 100 MB of image attachments.

What can I download?

A PDF with summary pages and optional receipt-image pages, or a spreadsheet CSV of the entered data. CSV cells are protected against formula-style text.

Does it read or verify my receipts?

No. It reports the details you enter. Check them against the original receipts and your reimbursement requirements.
