How are pennies divided?
Shares use integer pennies. Remaining pennies go to the largest fractional shares, with earlier participants first when tied. The amounts always add up to the total.
Can people pay different shares?
Yes. Choose weighted shares. A weight of two pays twice the portion of a weight of one, before the final penny allocation.
Does the splitter take payments?
No. It calculates amounts only. Participant names and calculations stay in this browser page.
